Who Are We?
Little Loving Care is transforming the Social Care sector, one loving connection at a time.
At Little Loving Care, we do things differently and it works. Our approach goes beyond traditional care by combining therapeutic training with a deep commitment to building authentic, meaningful relationships based on love, trust and understanding. We believe everyone, children and adults alike, deserves to feel a true sense of belonging. That is why we focus on reducing punitive measures and fostering acceptance, creating inclusive environments where every individual is supported to thrive.
We have created a vibrant community of passionate people who know that while our methods may be unique, the foundation is always the same: love and unwavering support. We are excited for the journey ahead and the difference we will make together.
As a proudly neuroinclusive employer, we understand the importance of tailored support across our recruitment, care homes and consultancy services. Our team includes neurodivergent experts by experience who lead workshops, spreading awareness and breaking down barriers. At Little Loving Care, we value the heart and personality behind the care, not just paperwork. We believe the memories children carry forward are not of reports but of the adults who truly cared, inspired and created moments that last a lifetime. A previous child we supported is the reason behind our logo and we love it!

What Makes Us Different…

Restorative & Educational Support
Most consequences used are ineffective and do not help children learn and only benefit the adults around them (unless for safety reasons). We use restorative and resources to educate children rather than punish them for their disabilties or trauma responses

Loving & Therapeutic Language
There are some words that we only hear in the children’s home sector and we aim to change this! We have replaced the language we have used to prevent children from feeling different from others and have our own in house training on this. We ensure words are always kind

Warm & Loving Environments
We try to replicate foster homes and family homes and in order to do this, we have reduced the health and safety and fire visuals in our homes to prevent it from feeling institutionalised. We create well decorated and warm homes and involve children in the decor

Genuine Connections and Relationships
We aim to build mutual and authentic connections with others that are based on trust, love and safety. We have relaxed some professional boundaries such as showing healthy physical affection, fair and appropriate gift buying and sharing appropriate personal information

Personalised and Creative Documents
We create child friendly, personalised documents that allow children to reflect positively with no shaming language. We use creative & modern methods to document a child’s journey and information about them.

We aim to create the most special moments & lasting memories for children by going above and beyond for them in every way. We will celebrate achievements, milestones, and have holidays to remember.

The Best Training Available
We want children to have the best care by adults who have the knowledge to do so. We will provide training that is insightful, impactful, therapeutic and practical, such as care experienced and trauma.

A Focus on Acceptance and Belonging
We will train our adults on PACE to ensure a focus on creating acceptance of children as well as each other. We will ensure that everyone feels a sense of belonging and safety through this.
What We Offer…
Little Loving Care is a collection of 3 separate family run companies who provide support to professionals, companies, employees and children.
All of our services are registered as Limited companies on Companies House, fully insured, registered with the ICO and are compliant with the relevant regulations.
Little Loving Care Limited
Little Loving Care Limited is a small, family-run organisation dedicated to providing safe, nurturing homes for children who are unable to live with their families. Our unique Love Led practice is built around the values of love, connection, and belonging, ensuring every child feels truly cared for and supported. We take pride in our therapeutic approach, creating stable environments that promote healing, growth, and long-term wellbeing. Our first children’s home is set to open 2025, marking the beginning of our mission to deliver compassionate, high-quality care where it’s needed most. We have already got 3 children’s homes ready to go with the second and third homes, opening 2026.

At Little Loving Care Consultants, we provide expert support to both new and established children’s home providers. Whether you're just starting out or need additional guidance to strengthen your existing services, our team of experienced consultants are here to help you succeed. We offer a comprehensive range of consultancy solutions, including part-time Responsible Individuals, new start-up support, policy and document development, Ofsted registration assistance, safer recruitment and onboarding services, as well as quality and compliance consultancy. Our goal is to take the stress out of the process, ensuring you're fully supported, fully compliant, and set up for long-term success. With tailored advice and hands-on support, we help children’s homes grow with confidence and deliver outstanding care.

Little Loving Care Recruitment provides fast, reliable, and fully compliant staffing solutions for children’s homes across the UK. Whether you need temporary Support Workers at short notice or permanent Registered Managers to strengthen your team, we deliver high-quality professionals who are fully vetted and ready to make an immediate impact. Every short notice candidate we provide meets Ofsted Safer Recruitment requirements and has completed all Schedule 2 checks, ensuring your home stays compliant and well-supported. With up-to-date training and a genuine passion for care, our staff are prepared to contribute from day one, helping you create a safer, more stable environment for the children you support.
